Mixer CI-1200. This type of intensive mixer is designed for highly efficient mixing a binder with a carbon material fines.

In the mixer, the CI-1200 provides three independent working bodies: the activator and two vortex head.

Activator plows are equipped with detachable blades made of carbide inserts. High-speed (over 400 rpm) whirling head is also equipped with quick-change blades of carbide inserts.

The agitation is achieved by the simultaneous treatment of multidirectional batch mixer working bodies and with high speeds and energies.

Rotary actuator continuously raises batch plows activator with oblique bottom of the mixer bowl and transfers it into the zone of wave vortex heads waves with a frequency of 120 per minute. Rotor blades whirling head capture some portion of the mixture rising to the head of the wave and spread fan-like mixture by volume of the cup for a fast homogeneous mixing of all components of the mixture.

Technological advantages of intensive mixers:

  • uniformity of the resulting charge, uniform distribution of binder and permanence properties in each batch kneading;
  • no lumps due to their instantaneous breaking mixer working bodies, and also by aerating the mixture by rotating the rotors vortex heads;
  • high gas charge from the uniform distribution of the binder particles on the surface of the starting material;
  • a short time for a complete cycle of mixing up to 90 seconds on standard materials.
